Prospector Popcorn is part of a non-profit dedicated to providing competitive and inclusive employment to people with disabilities. Our mission is to create meaningful job opportunities through the operation of a national gourmet popcorn business which was created at our first-run movie theater, The Prospector. 

Employees, known as Prospects, are paid meaningfully for their hard work as they sparkle, shine, and turn their passions into professions – both in the theater and at Prospector Popcorn. Approximately 75% of our workforce self-identifies with a disability, and we LOVE our jobs. The Prospector serves as a sparkly beacon of hope for the millions of Americans who can work, want to work, yet struggle to find meaningful employment.
